Flyhire International (OPC) Private Limited is a travel and overseas recruitment company based in Guwahati, Assam.
Most agencies pick a lane. A travel agent books your Dubai holiday and sends you elsewhere for the visa. A recruiter places you in Riyadh and has nothing to say about the ticket. Meanwhile the client does the running between offices.
We put holidays, visas and recruitment on the same desk because for the families we work with they are the same journey, separated by a few years. The person who books a Dubai package in March is often the person asking about a work permit in October. Keeping it under one roof means the second conversation starts with someone who already knows the file.
We are based in Guwahati and most of our clients are from Assam and the wider Northeast. That is deliberate. This region sends a great many people abroad and is served by far fewer licensed agents than Kerala or Punjab, which is exactly the gap where people get taken advantage of.
Four things we try to hold to, including the ones that cost us bookings.
If your Schengen file is weak, or a job offer looks wrong, we will say so before taking money. A refused visa costs you far more than a declined booking costs us.
Flights, stays, transfers, entry tickets, insurance and visa fees appear on a single quote. Nothing is added at the counter.
On recruitment, nothing is collected from a candidate before there is a written offer from a named employer. Every payment is receipted.
The job is not finished at the airport. Clients and placed candidates can reach the office while they are abroad.
The same four stages whether you are booking a holiday or taking a job abroad.
Call the office or send the form. We ask what you want, your budget and your dates before quoting anything.
An itinerary and costing, or the visa and employment documents. You see the full list of what is needed upfront.
Appointment booked and application filed, or the employer interview, trade test and medical scheduled.
Tickets, forex and a briefing in hand. We stay reachable while you are away.
A small team, which is the point. You speak to the same person from the first call to the gate.
Replace these placeholders with real names, photographs and direct extensions.
Aim for eight to ten weeks before departure. Appointment slots in peak season fill quickly, and a rushed file is the most common reason for a refusal. We will tell you the realistic window for your travel dates when you call.
No fee is collected before you have a written offer from the employer. Anything you are asked to pay is explained in writing first, with a receipt. If a recruiter anywhere asks for money before an offer exists, treat that as a warning sign.
Often, yes. We look at the refusal letter, work out which part of the file was weak, and rebuild it before reapplying. Some refusal grounds need a waiting period, and we will say so plainly rather than take the booking.
Our office is in Guwahati and most clients are from Assam and the Northeast, but flights can start from Delhi, Kolkata or Mumbai if the fare works out better. Visa appointments are booked at whichever centre is assigned to your jurisdiction.
For a holiday: passports for everyone travelling, your rough dates and a budget range. For a job: your passport, education and trade certificates, experience letters and a recent CV. Nothing needs to be perfect on day one.
Overseas recruiting agents in India must hold a registration from the Ministry of External Affairs. Ask us for the number and verify it yourself on the eMigrate portal. You should do this with every agent you speak to, not just us.
The office is on Hriday Ranjan Path in Guwahati, open Monday to Saturday. No appointment needed.
